2026 Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp (2012 and Older Birthyears)

Starting Monday July 6th and ending Thursday August 6th @ 7:00-8:15am

15 in person workouts at Cheel arena on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

$25 per session, $375 total

This camp will be focused on how to train like an athlete, taking a holistic approach to athlete development. Each workout will consist of a warm up, speed and power development, strength development, conditioning and a cool down. Please come dressed to workout with a change of shoes, no street shoes will be allowed.
